This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the Relationship Goals platform, operated by Crystallize Lovers, a DBA of SlateRiver LLC, a New Mexico LLC.
Due to the digital and immediately-accessible nature of our relationship exercises and programs, all purchases of individual exercise unlocks are non-refundable once the content has been accessed or delivered.
This includes:
Monthly subscriptions ($9/month): You may cancel at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused days within an active billing period.
Annual subscriptions ($99/year): You may cancel at any time. We do not provide prorated refunds for the remaining portion of an annual subscription unless required by applicable law.
We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds in the following circumstances:
To request a refund under exceptional circumstances, contact us within 7 days of the purchase at hello@rg.hhc.travel with your order details and a description of the issue.
Vacation credits earned through program completion have no cash value and are non-refundable. Unused credits may be subject to expiration as outlined in your account terms.
Partner coupons unlocked through exercise completion are provided by third-party brands and are subject to their individual terms and expiration dates. Relationship Goals is not responsible for the availability or redemption terms of partner coupons.
